Frequently asked questions
Do you invoice corporate clients directly?
Yes. We provide W-9s, certificates of insurance, and invoicing on standard net-15 or net-30 terms. Purchase orders and vendor onboarding forms are handled by our office ahead of the event date.
What's the minimum size for a corporate gelato catering booking?
Our corporate service starts around 40 guests. For smaller executive gatherings we can scale to a compact espresso bar or a single-flavor gelato station. Larger galas of 500+ are quoted with additional service staff.
Can you set up inside office towers with strict loading dock rules?
Yes. We work regularly in downtown Houston, the Galleria, and Energy Corridor towers, and we coordinate directly with building security and dock managers. Send us your building's vendor requirements and we handle the paperwork.
