Fellini Catering focuses on what Italy actually does best at a celebration: dessert and coffee. Instead of a wide, thin menu, we specialize deeply — gelato spun in small batches, cannoli shells fried in-house, and espresso pulled on a proper commercial machine. Each event uses the same recipes we grew up with, adapted only for the pace and scale of Houston venues.
