Fellini Catering is an Italian-owned dessert catering studio serving the Greater Houston area. We build stations — not buffets — around a small, disciplined menu of traditional recipes: shells fried in our kitchen, ricotta whipped the morning of your event, tiramisù layered by hand, and gelato spun in small batches the night before. The result is a dessert experience that feels like a Roman pasticceria, not a drop-off tray.

Every event is built around traditional Italian sweets — cannoli filled on-site, tiramisù cups, fresh fruit tarts, sfogliatelle, bomboloni, Sicilian cookies, and small-batch gelato. Stations are combined based on your guest count and event style.
Weekend dates in spring and fall book 8-12 weeks out. Corporate weekdays and smaller gatherings can often be confirmed within two to three weeks depending on availability.
Yes. Our dessert bars scale from 40-guest private dinners to weddings and corporate galas of 400+. Setup, on-site service staff, styling, and breakdown are included in every package.
