Guests approach a styled Italian station, choose classic, pistachio or chocolate, and watch their cup layered by hand — ladyfingers brushed with espresso pulled that morning, mascarpone cream piped in fresh, cocoa dusted on top. Nothing sits, nothing softens, nothing is pre-portioned in a hotel pan. It reads like an Italian pasticceria, feels like a wedding cake reveal, and photographs like both.

Our attendant sets up a styled station at your venue — typically a 6 to 8 foot footprint — and layers each individual tiramisù cup as guests approach. Ladyfingers are brushed with fresh espresso, mascarpone cream is piped in, and each serving is finished with cocoa or a flavor topping in front of the guest.
The experience scales gracefully from intimate 40 to 60 guest dinners up to weddings and corporate events of 300 plus. For larger counts we add a second attendant so wait times stay short.
Yes — most clients pair it with our mobile espresso bar or gelato bar for a full Italian dessert experience. Combined stations share a single service team and one setup window, which keeps venue coordination simple.
A 6 to 8 foot table and a single standard 110V outlet is enough for most events. We bring everything else — linens, signage, serving cups, spoons and refrigeration.
Weekend dates in spring and fall book 8 to 12 weeks out. Corporate weekdays and smaller gatherings can often be confirmed within two to three weeks depending on availability.
