Mobile espresso bar catering at a Houston event

Mobile Espresso Bar Houston

Italian coffee catering for Houston events — a real espresso machine, a real barista, and a menu built the way Italy actually drinks coffee.

Il caffè vero · Real coffee

A proper espresso machine, on-site

The Fellini espresso bar is not a drip station or a pod machine on a table. It's a commercial two-group espresso machine, a burr grinder, and a barista pulling shots in the 25-30 second window that Italians consider correct. That standard is why our coffee service tends to become one of the busiest stations at a wedding or a corporate offsite.

Three ways to build the bar

The Classic Bar

The Classic Bar

Espresso, macchiato, cappuccino, latte, Americano, and a decaf option — pulled to order on a commercial machine by a trained barista.

The Signature Bar

The Signature Bar

Adds seasonal flavored lattes, mocha, chai, matcha, alternative milks, and a curated syrup selection styled to match your event palette.

The Affogato Pairing

The Affogato Pairing

Espresso poured tableside over a scoop of our small-batch gelato — an Italian dessert-and-coffee moment built for the end of dinner.

Where a mobile espresso bar lands

Cocktail hour, after-dinner service, morning corporate meetings, and late-night wedding stations. Because our footprint is compact, the bar works both indoors and on covered outdoor terraces — Memorial, River Oaks, downtown, and venues across Sugar Land, Katy, and The Woodlands.

Pair with gelato or dessert

The espresso bar shares a service team with our gelato bar and Italian dessert bar. Combined packages are listed on our event packages page, and there are more examples on our Houston gelato catering page. For the full drink menu, see the coffee station menu.

Frequently asked questions

How much space does the mobile espresso bar need?

A standard setup fits an 8-foot footprint with access to a single 20-amp outlet. We can plan smaller and generator-powered layouts for outdoor weddings and rooftop events — just let us know the venue in your quote request.

How many drinks can one barista serve per hour?

A single barista sustains 50-70 drinks per hour depending on menu complexity. For events over 150 guests we typically add a second barista to keep the line moving without cutting quality on each shot.

Do you serve espresso for weddings, corporate events, and private parties?

Yes — mobile espresso bars pair particularly well with a wedding after-dinner service, a corporate morning kickoff, or a late-night station alongside our gelato and dessert bars.
